We have used Billows of Smoke BBQ twice within a year for two large family events and received above and beyond quality of service both times and absolutely strongly recommend both the quality and preparation of the pulled pork and brisket for a large crowd. Neither were dry at any point and were completely tender and juicy all throughout, and stayed warm for the entire duration of both events. The taste was so savory and delicious that no barbecue sauce was needed to enhance the flavor, but barbecue sauce did serve as a good complement if desired/preferred. The smoking and long slow cooking greatly added to a taste that definitely would contend for first place at a BBQ cook off contest, to the degree of the best of what’s seen on both The Food Network and Travel Channel. This is the kind of smokiness and juicy tenderness that would not have me to consider anyone else and definitely will keep me coming back for future events with how satisfied everyone was, truly top notch flavor!
