Fried Turkey
Fried Whole Turkey (avg.12-18lb)
Our fried turkey is succulent and packed with flavor. Injected and rubbed with spices our turkey has a Cajun flavor with a “Pop” of heat; fried to perfection.

Smoked Turkey
Smoke Whole Turkey (avg. 12-18lb)
Our smoked turkey is a traditionally flavored bird, marinated in our special Billows Brine for 24 hours. The turkey is then smoked low and slow with hickory wood.

Smoked Ham
Smoked Ham (Bone in half portion avg. 6-8lb)
Our tender and flavorful hams are seasoned w/a salt, pepper, and brown sugar rub, smoked low and slow with apple wood.

Beef Rib Roast
Boneless Beef Rib Roast (avg. 6-8lb)
Our Rib Roast is classically prepared w/ injections and our Billows Spice Rub. Roast is prepared to a medium cook temperature with a smoky bark on the outside and a subtle tone of pink, tender and juicy on the inside. Billows offers a rotisserie (Pit Master Marvin’s favorite) or smoked with Hickory Wood.
